Strawberry Picking

B and I went strawberry picking last week at one of the local farms.  What a cool experience!

I would pick them and put them into the carton…and of course, B would take them out of the carton and throw them back into the plants. 🙂 Oh well.  We eventually filled them all.

We went with some friends and these are their adorable babies hanging out.

These were some of the best strawberries I’ve ever tasted.

Then we used our fresh strawberries to make strawberry freezer jam.  Yum!

      • I had forgot that but we always had Strawberries and they would get ripe when I was the busiest, teaching in Vacation Bible School! I look back on it and wonder how I got it all to work out with 2 kids, a big yard, garden and all ! It seems God provides what we need at the time we need it 🙂
